Hi, I have Marfan syndrome.

I have Velocardiofacial Syndrome!

I have 1 type diabetes, and I truly HATE MYSELF FOR THAT!!!! 5 YEARS HAVE PAST AND I'M STILL A SHIT THAT GETS WORST!!!!!!!!!!

i have PWS (Prader-Willi Syndrome)
